Creativity: Good for the Soul

Meet Jill – a very creative ADD Mom.

Here she is playing piano; isn’t she lovely?

Jill is a mother of 3 children aged 5 and under. As you can imagine, she is one very busy mom!

In addition to doing all things mom, Jill works part time as a massage therapist – a job that she loves. She considers her work as a massage therapist to be another creative outlet for her. I’m sure her clients would agree.

When she finds the time, Jill likes to scrapbook and draw. She was kind enough to share one of her drawings with us:

Quite the talented lady! Don’t you love the expression on the mother’s face?

Jill is a smart woman who has learned to make her creativity an important part of her life. She says:

I find I’m most at peace when I’m in my “creative” mood and find it very therapeutic for me.

We should all take a lesson from Jill and make creativity a priority in our lives.

How do you express your creativity?
