How Can We Change Your Life?

Yes, I know resolutions are for January 1st, not February 10th, but still…. how can we change your life?

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately about my life – what I want to change and how. My big thing right now is taking better care of myself.

One of the reasons that I started this blog was to make a positive difference in the lives of women like you. I want you to feel good about who you are and to learn to manage your life and your ADHD so that you can create the life you want and deserve.

How can we do that?

Adopt a more positive focus on my posts?

Add a forum so you can interact with one another?

Add a more personal touch – like for instance, monthly teleclasses or a radio program?

Lets all change our lives for the better in 2010, starting now. Leave me a comment and let me know how you want to do it.

  1. I just recently found your site, and am still navigating and learning, and discovering ADHD with my recent diagnosis. I love the resources I’ve already found here. I don’t know yet what other ways there are to help us all, but will definitely put my mind to that and let you know!
