ADD Moms New Year’s Resolutions

Have you made your New Year’s Resolutions yet? Have you even thought about them? Maybe you aren’t that sort of person – but I’d be willing to bet that you are.

New Years, kind of like the beginning of the school year, represents a fresh beginning, a chance to start over and try to do things better this time. It’s a very appealing concept; after all, couldn’t we all use a little improvement?

Seems as though everybody has the standard resolutions: lose weight, exercise, maybe stop smoking. For ADD moms, we might include things like organizing the house, keeping it clean (maybe setting up a system of some sort), and getting better control of our finances.

I’m no different than the average person; my resolutions include getting healthier by improving my diet and adding exercise to my life, and keeping my house and finances in better shape.

I’ve got some ideas about my resolutions that can maybe help you, too. I haven’t quite worked out the details yet, but stay tuned.
