BrainStack: A Review

Jump to:

I recently had the opportunity to try BrainStack, a nootropic supplement for your brain. It’s supposed to help you learn faster, retain more, increase your productivity and efficiency, and improve your drive to get things done. FYI – I was given a bottle to try without cost. The opinions are mine. Also, some links are affiliate links.

A nootropic – also known as a smart drug – is a supplement, drug, or functional food that helps your brain work more effectively. Your cognition is improved along with memory, attention, and concentration. It works by changing the availability of neurotransmitters, enzymes and hormones, improving the oxygen supply, or stimulating nerve growth.

BrainStack is a supplement that contains a number of ingredients designed to improve your brain function. I’ve heard of a few of them, such as caffeine, bacopa, and GABA, but most were new to me. All are backed up by scientific studies and research. The ingredients are listed here, along with the studies showing their effectiveness.

So what’s my take on BrainStack? Bottom line – I believe it works. I have felt more attentive and productive since I began using it.

Here’s what I did: I took BrainStack with food (as instructed) once a day. Leave it to me – once again – to not read the directions until I write the review. You’re supposed to take it twice a day.

I did not take any medication for my ADHD.

I have been incredibly productive for the past two weeks and on top of things when it came to memory. I even felt calmer – probably because I also felt in control.

There were no side effects for me other than experiencing a much better night’s sleep. I’m not sure that BrainStack is responsible; maybe it was just my overall feeling of wellbeing that did it.

This is one supplement that I will continue to use. I notice that the website says they have a new formulation. I don’t know if that is the one I tried or not but I will find out and let you know.

Right now you can get a one month supply for $32.50 which is discounted from it’s usual $50. The two week supply is $34.95, so the one month offer is your best deal. I’m not making any money from this; I just want to let you know the pricing.

If you are at all interested in something like this – versus prescription medications for your ADHD – I encourage you to check it out for yourself. And don’t take my word for it. Do some research of your own to see what you think.
