Happy Little Mom is the very first ADD Mom to show off her creative side.

Happy expresses her creativity through knitting. She is self taught and says that when she gets into it, she can really start hyperfocusing. Hyperfocus is when you are so involved with something that you lose track of time and the world around you.

I think losing myself in knitting could be very relaxing, if I knew how to knit! I learned to crochet, but knitting was a huge challenge and one I never mastered.

Happy has an Etsy shop where she sells some of the things she knits. I’ve pictured a few of them below. Aren’t they sweet?
