Hello Again!

Bet you’re wondering where I’ve been.

I haven’t been around much since my dad got sick in early December. He is home now after a month+ in the hospital. Hopefully things will get back to normal now – or at least our version of normal. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I’m changing up a few things on the blog this year. If you subscribe to my newsletter, you will get more info later this week.

For now, here’s a sneak preview of one change; the Sunday night plan.

Hopefully this is a habit you already do, but if not, here it is in a nutshell. And by the way, I really should have called it the Sunday afternoon plan, but oh well.

Now you don’t have to do this on a Sunday, but you should pick a day of the week and do it each week.

Basically the Sunday night plan is just taking some time to look over the week ahead so that you can be prepared for what’s coming. That way you don’t find out on Tuesday evening that you volunteered to bring 10,000 of something somewhere to someone Wednesday morning. (I was going to use the cupcake example, but I am way past bake sales and cupcake days at this point.)

So this afternoon I took a look at my upcoming week. Here are a few highlights:

  • Health related stuff for my dad, including a visit from the nurse, and tons of calls to make
  • A fax to send
  • A copy of An ADD Woman Cleans ready to mail
  • A crock pot meal on Tuesday cause I have a full day
  • Beans to soak Tuesday night for Wednesday’s soup
  • And more!
