That Mess on Your Refrigerator

Jump to:

Come on now, you know what I’m talking about:

If yours is like most other families, you have all sorts of papers, pictures, and clippings stuck to your refrigerator door.

And once school starts, you will have so many papers on that door that you won’t be able to find the refrigerator, not to mention the permission slip that was due yesterday.

I found a great, affordable solution at Organized A to Z. (To be honest, I really didn’t find it. I’ve been reading about it on so many other blogs that I had to check it out for myself. And FYI – I’m not making any money from this. I truly do think it’s a great idea.)

It’s called a Fridge File and this is what it looks like:

The Fridge File sticks to your refrigerator door. It has 4 separate pockets that you can use as you wish. Each pocket has a dry erase label so you can label the contents and change your mind when you want.

You could use one file per child or person in your household, or for different categories like school, church, and sports activities. The possibilities are endless.
Imagine knowing right where that permission slip is! And imagine having the kids come home from school and knowing exactly where to put the papers that need your attention!

The Fridge File also comes with a dry erase calendar or a plain dry erase board for notes. Personally, I’d use it for notes and phone numbers, to do’s, etc.

For $11.95, it could change your life.

Not bad.
