31 Days and 31 ways to simplify your life, whether or not you have ADHD 🙂

You know a lot of people think that people with ADHD are the original multi-taskers.

And for a while there, multi-tasking was the big thing.

But you know what happens when you multi-task?

Simplify Your Tasks

A whole lot of nothing.

Working on one thing until you lose interest and then moving on to something else sounds good in theory, especially to us since we get bored so easily.

But at the end of the day, we are often left with numerous projects in process but nothing done.

Multi-tasking divides our attention, which might be appealing to our ADHD brain, but does little for the task we are working on or our final outcome.

When your attention is split between two or more things, you do all of them a disservice and yourself as well.

A better idea is to toss the idea of multi-tasking and choose instead to focus on just one thing at a time.

Give it your undivided attention.

If you get bored, take a break and then come back.

Work hard to finish it.

You’ll end the day feeling more accomplished and less stressed. And your work will show it.
