A little while back, I mentioned a couple of things – Mind 1st USA, the Omega 3 Fish Oil and the Family Manager Program from Solutions for Busy At Home Moms. In both cases, I was trying a product or a program and promised to let you know the results.

Brian McEvoy wrote an article for ADD Moms about the benefits of Omega 3 Fish Oil; in particular Mind 1st USA because that’s the one he sells and believes in.

I purchased a bottle of Mind 1st USA as soon as it was available and started taking it right away.

The instructions on the bottle say to take 2-4 capsules per day, morning or evening. It also says that full benefits will be noticed in a few months.

I chose to take 2 at night only because with other fish oil capsules, I had a fishy taste all day if I took it in the morning. However, there were a few times that I forgot to take my Mind 1st USA at night, and because I didn’t want to miss out on it’s benefits, I took it the next morning. No fishy taste from these capsules – ever. (By the way, I set an alarm on my phone each evening to remind me to take it, so that won’t be a problem again.)

A few days after taking the Mind 1st USA, I noticed a huge increase in energy and creativity. The past few weeks I have felt more like my old self than I have in a very, very long time.

Most of you know that I have depression and am on medication for it. There are times, though, that even with the medication I still feel down. (When I’m not posting to this blog on a regular basis, that’s why.) Although the Mind 1st USA didn’t stop that from happening, I think the depression might have been much worse without it.

I am completely sold on this product and will continue to purchase it. And so you know, I don’t make any money from saying that. I’m getting ready to order another bottle soon, and Brian – if you’re reading this – I would so appreciate an option for automatic shipments.

Mind 1st USA is $29.95 for a bottle of 60 capsules. For about $1.00 a day, you can enjoy it’s health benefits too.

As for the Family Manager program, I am still waiting for that to begin. Sarah Zeldman, the Family Manager Coach, lost her husband unexpectedly earlier this month. Should she decide to revive the program at some point, I will let you know.
