A healthy work-life balance can be a real struggle when you have ADHD, especially if you’re a woman. You’ve probably lived most of your life feeling like you’re always forgetting something! Sometimes it’s that one thing on the list at the grocery store that you forgot, or the larger list of assignments at work that you thought you had done and you hadn’t yet completed. And because we’re constantly asking ourselves, “is everything actually getting done or am I forgetting,” you can start wondering if you are even able to take a break! (The answer is, YES, you can!)
