Do you ever have those “well, duh!” moments?
You know, when you’ve been trying to solve a problem or are struggling with something and then somehow you see the solution? And it’s easy and simple and you wonder why you didn’t think of it?
Cause it was staring you in the face.
Yep, that’s an ADD moment.
Kinda like when we had a deck with a light and motion detector light on it. If it was dark out and something was in our yard, it would turn on.
Except one night it didn’t.
I looked and looked for a solution. Finally I told my husband we might have to call an electrician.
That’s when he asked me if I had checked to see if the bulb was burnt out.
That would have been too easy.
So lately, in my quest to become super organized this year (you have to check out this woman’s videos)
I’ve been looking at some places in my house that could use a little work.
The front closet for instance.
There is a huge pile of shoes in there, just jumbled together. You have to dig through the pile to find the ones you want. (Wisely, I keep my shoes in my closet upstairs. No digging for me.)
Well, how many times can you pull them all out, sort them, and put them back neatly?
You can do that a limitless number of times, but they will always go back to a jumbled mess.
Then it occurred to me: shoe racks!
How many places do you have in your house that could be straightened up as easily?
