Do you wonder sometimes if you really have ADHD? Or maybe you’re one of those people who went to the doctor and got a diagnosis, so you’re sure. (I did.)
Sometimes it’s important to get that diagnosis. If you decide on medication for your ADHD, you have to be diagnosed first.
And sometimes it just helps to be able to name that thing that makes you the way you are.
But there are other times or other people who don’t need to know if they really have ADHD or not.
What they know is that they have trouble getting and staying organized, or keeping track of time, or paying attention. Maybe they talk too much and interrupt.
Whatever it is, they see and recognize the problem. It doesn’t matter if it’s ADHD or not; they just need a solution to the problem.
So if you’re ADHD or not, if you know it or you don’t, if you’re just here to learn how to get organized once and for all – welcome.
