Last night, at ADD Student, I wrote about giving advice that I don’t listen to myself.

This morning, as I was getting ready for the day, I took a look at my to do list on my cool new iPod Touch. I had 14 things to do today. 14!

Have I mentioned that people with Attention Deficit Disorder tend to overestimate what they can do, and underestimate how long it will take?

Have I warned you about putting too many things on your to do list because it will overwhelm and discourage you?

Consider yourself warned, informed, and told. I have to go. There are still 12 things on my list.
