Actually, if you choose to follow that link, what you’ll see (in addition to my girth) are a series of videos that Novartis Pharmaceuticals produced. Novartis makes Focalin XR, an ADD medication, and they made the videos to help people who have Attention Deficit Disorder (or who live with people who have it).

The videos are all very positive in nature, and very inspiring. I was very honored to have been a part of this project. You’ll have to scroll to the right to see my video – I’m the one in the sort of blue/purple sweater. Oh, no, wait – you’ll know me cause I’m so fat.

OK – enough about me. This is a really wonderful resource and you should check it out. Make sure to look at the other videos, too.

And by the way, I started a new diet 3 weeks ago, and I have lost 8 lbs. So there.
