I know this is short notice, but I wanted to let you know that I am doing a FREE call on Monday, September 13 all about getting back to basics and learning to manage our lives with ADHD.

I will be covering things like keeping the house clean, managing paperwork, managing your time, organizing and self care. Whew! That’s a lot for one hour!

I’m also open to your ideas, so leave a comment with suggestions if you like.

The call is FREE and it will be recorded. I am still working out details (typical ADDer – leave it all to the last minute), but the time will be in the evening.

As I said, it will be recorded so that even if you can’t make it, you can still get a copy to listen to on your schedule.

  1. A healthy lifestyle is a good start – little processed foods, getting enough sleep, and exercising. More specifically a gluten free diet and/or a casein free diet (gluten = grains like wheat, casein = dairy products). Lean protein for breakfast and lunch. A good multi-vitamin and maybe some additional supplements too. There are a lot of articles related to this on this site; take a look around.
