I just wanted to give everyone a quick heads up on a new coaching program that I am currently working on. I hope to have it available by the end of the month.
This (as yet unnamed) program is unlike anything you have ever seen!
This time we’re going to go deep when it comes to ADHD, symptoms, and just managing life.
We’re going to work on things like:

Procrastination
Depression
Self Esteem
Self Care
and more!
Did you know that you don’t have to be a procrastinator? It’s a habit and it can be unlearned. Really!
And anxiety – that’s a really big one, right? I have it myself so I know how paralyzing it can be. But there are things we can do to minimize it and lessen it’s effects when it shows up. I’ll show you how.
Anyway, I didn’t want to turn this into a sales thing; just wanted to let you know.
Oh, and one more thing – I’m stepping way out of my comfort zone on this – there will be a webinar of some kind to give you a sneak peek and I’ll be adding audio and maybe video to the program itself.
