When you’ve been coaching and working with people who have ADHD as long as I have, it’s sometimes hard to look back and see what the struggles were at the beginning. Sometimes I think that the things that I offer you help with are a bit farther down the line than you need right now.
After reading everyone’s answers on the survey (thank you again), I’m looking at self paced programs on things like organizing, housekeeping and cleaning, managing time, and even meal planning.
Am I on the right track here?
