Simple Organization

As ADDers, we all seem to have dreams of being organized one day. We imagine a perfect space worthy of Martha Stewart:

But guess what?

We’re not Martha. No one is.

We don’t have her millions, her houses, or her staff.

For us, simple organization is enough.

Simple organization: being able to find what you need when you need it.

See that? That’s my pantry. As you can see, I didn’t bother to straighten it up before I took the picture.

And that’s OK.

You know why?

First, because it’s real. And let’s face it, even if I did clean it up, it would look like that just as soon as someone came home hungry.

But it’s also OK because even though it’s messy, there is order to it. We can find what we need without much searching.

And because I can close the door, my kitchen still looks neat and functions well.

And thats what simple organization is all about.
